LabelPilot works with the scales and label printers you already have. A label is printed once the weight is stable, every pack is checked against its tolerance, and barcodes comply with GS1. The product catalogue, label templates and output data are kept on a server in your own network.

What LabelPilot consists of

01Labelling stationThe workstation at the scale: weighing and printing of pack, box and pallet labels. Touch interface; the station keeps working if the server connection is lost.

02ServerInstalled in your local network. Holds the product catalogue, label templates, barcodes and jobs and distributes them to the stations.

03Web interfaceOutput per line during the shift, statistics for any period, events that need attention, export to Excel.

Aggregation
